At the heart and soul of every authentic
Italian dish, is the spirit of family; a tradition still honored in
Italy, and at many of the finest Italian restaurants around the globe. At
Piccolo Trattoria, we embrace that spirit with our mission WE ENHANCE LIFE. This begins with you, our faithful customer, and carries through as a motto we extend.
In Italian, Piccolo Trattoria is more than just our name. It means “Small, family-owned restaurant.” It is in this spirit that we have strived to build a close personal relationship between our guests and our staff. While here, you are a member of our family.
All family owned and operated, Piccolo Trattoria offers the perfect balance between a quick-serve pizzeria and a sit down casual/fine dining experience. The flagship of the Piccolo Trattoria restaurant family is our Newtown location, which opened in 2001.
Located just outside the historic Newtown Borough, this restaurant offers authentic Italian dishes using the finest ingredients. Sauces made from scratch, freshly baked breads, and homemade mozzarella, are only a few examples of how Piccolo consistently strives to deliver the perfect Italian meal. The Newtown location features a private dining room which makes it the perfect location for a family party, gathering, corporate meeting, or private event.
The second addition to the Piccolo Trattoria family, our Pennington location offers a variety of seating including a pizzeria, a bistro with an open kitchen, and a dining room for your romantic dinner or an important business meeting. Weather permitting; Piccolo Trattoria of Pennington also offers open aire café seating, which is the perfect environment to unwind at the end of day.
Our third and newest location is Piccolo Trattoria in Doylestown. PA. This location that has a full bar and is a great place for meetings, casual dinner or hosting your special event.
Fami founded both restaurants and continues to be heavily involved in the daily operations. His underlying passion for the restaurant business and preparation of Italian food began at the age of 12, when he started working in his first pizzeria.
